How many credits does each thing use?
The same on every plan: an asset brief is 100, an asset review 200, a brand edit 300 and a new brand 500. Images are 100 at 2K or 200 at 4K. A brand edit is only charged when you save it. These prices are for accounts and teams created since Rainbrand launched. Older accounts and teams keep their current prices.
What happens if my agent runs out mid-task?
The request stops and links back here. Top up any amount and it can carry on, or turn on auto top-up so it tops you up before you run out.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits refresh each month and don't roll over. Top-up credits never expire, and they're used after your plan's credits.
Does my team share the credits?
Yes. Pro, Max and Scale come with unlimited seats, and everyone in a team uses its credits. Plus is for one person.
What is auto top-up and what does it cost?
When your balance drops below 10% of your monthly credits, auto top-up buys more for you at your plan's rate instead of the top-up price of $0.50 per 100 credits. On Pro, that's $0.35 per 100. You choose a monthly limit.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for the year and save 10%. Your credits still arrive every month.
